The shipping rates, delivery methods, and estimated timelines for your order are shown at checkout, before you confirm your purchase, and may vary by product, supplier, dimensions, weight, and delivery destination. The rates and timelines shown at checkout for a given product always take precedence over any general indication below.

 

For guidance only, for certain products currently offered, the following conditions apply when they are actually displayed at checkout:

 

Standard shipping: $9.99 CAD

Free for any order of $75 CAD or more (before tax)

Estimated delivery time: 8 to 14 business days after shipment

 

These conditions do not automatically apply to all product lines or supply partners; the actual rates, methods, and timelines shown at checkout for each product are the ones that apply.

 

Order processing

 

Processing time before shipment varies by product and supply partner. For certain products currently offered, it is generally 1 to 2 business days following payment confirmation. This may differ for other products or partners.
